Chief Executive Officer & President

Dr. Koch is a licensed physician and a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has authored more than a dozen articles and book chapters addressing the clinical and administrative aspects of office-based and ambulatory anesthesia. Considered an authority on both topics, he has been the subject of articles in The New York Times, Money magazine and Crain’s Health Pulse.

Robert C. Goldstein, MD
Co-founder, Chief Executive and CMO

Dr. Goldstein oversees clinical operations for Somnia and evaluates the clinical efficacy of its quality and other performance-related initiatives. In this role, he also manages a clinical team of more than 325 anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, registered nurses and physician assistants.

John Ansorge
Chief Financial Officer

As Somnia’s chief financial officer (CFO), John Ansorge oversees the company’s financial operations, with responsibility for accounting, revenue cycle management, financial planning and reporting, budgets and forecasting. Mr. Ansorge has more than 30 years of experience in hospital finance, and most recently held the position of interim CFO for Stamford Health System in Stamford, CT, a 305-bed teaching hospital affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Chief Operating Officer

In her position as Chief Operating Officer, Linda Caccamo oversees both the operations and the administrative functions at Somnia Inc. These include oversight of the company’s clinical and non-clinical departments. Linda brings to Somnia more than 25 years of experience in clinical healthcare delivery and strategic business planning. Prior to joining Somnia, Ms. Caccamo held senior level executive positions at Envision, and Christiana Care Health System.

Vice President

As Vice President, Mr. Morgan works with Somnia’s practice leadership and clinical staff across the country to ensure that the right systems and processes are in place to achieve high quality and compliance with regulatory, accreditation and professional society standards. He also collaborates with hospital and ambulatory leaders to achieve the shared goal of high-quality, patient-centric anesthesia care and outcomes.

Vice President, Director of Patient Revenue

‚ÄčAs Vice President, Director of Patient Revenue, Mr. Murphy identifies, analyzes and reduces risks within Somnia’s revenue cycle management organization. In this role, he has oversight of the company’s contract with a national RCM vendor, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment and achievement of financial goals and benchmarks

Mark Neubauer, CRNA
Vice President of Clinical Operations

As Vice President of Clinical Operations reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Mark Neubauer is a key member of the executive team. He brings to Somnia 25 years of nursing, advanced practice nursing, and executive leadership experience in anesthesia practice management. In this role, he will be collaborating with client partners, assessing, and improving OR utilization and efficiency at client sites, and strengthening and enhancing the perioperative patient experience at each facility.
