He has authored more than a dozen articles and book chapters addressing the clinical and administrative aspects of office-based and ambulatory anesthesia. Considered an authority on both topics, he has been the subject of articles in The New York Times, Money magazine and Crain’s Health Pulse.
Executive VP & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Goldstein oversees clinical operations for Somnia and evaluates the clinical efficacy of its quality and other performance-related initiatives. In this role, he also manages a clinical team of more than 325 anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, registered nurses and physician assistants.
Vice President of Medical Affairs
Dr. Farrar joined Somnia in 2012 and supports numerous strategic clinical initiatives for anesthesia practices managed by the company.
Vice President of Clinical Affairs
Mr. George oversees all aspects of clinical staff and client relations. Having been with the company almost since its inception, Mr. George is a proven leader and seasoned industry veteran.

Ms. Koscheka is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate environment and as a public accountant.
Vice President, Quality Assurance and Executive Director, Somnia Patient Safety Organization, Inc.
As Vice President of Quality Assurance, Mr. Morgan is responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership and oversight for Somnia’s national anesthesia quality assurance program, titled Clinical Quality Excellence tm.
Vice President of Facility Operations
Ms. See became vice president of facility operations in 2012 after joining Somnia in 2007 as practice administrator for Upstate Anesthesia Services in Troy, NY. She brings with her 16 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Herrera joined Somnia in 2008 and oversees all marketing and communication initiatives for the company. Her team has received multiple awards for their innovative marketing campaigns, including the design of Somnia’s corporate website, video presentations and collateral material.
Vice President, Director of Patient Revenue
As Vice President, Director of Patient Revenue, Mr. Murphy identifies, analyzes and reduces risks within Somnia’s revenue cycle management organization. In this role, he has oversight of the company’s contract with a national RCM vendor, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment and achievement of financial goals and benchmarks
