Executive Team

In his role as Chief Legal Officer, Gregg Reisman oversees all legal, compliance and risk management initiatives for Somnia. He has more than 20 years of experience, with a focus on legal, regulatory and business issues related to healthcare services. Prior to joining Somnia, Mr. Reisman was a partner at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. in Great Neck, NY, where he was a member of the firm’s Business, Healthcare, Healthcare IT, HIPPA Compliance and Insurance Regulatory practice groups. Prior to Garfunkel Wild, he served as an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Reisman, who has published several articles on various aspects of healthcare law, is a member of the American Health Law Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. He earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, where he was an associate editor of the Emory Law Journal.
