Executive Team

Lisa serves as Chief Financial Officer of Somnia and brings more than 25 years of healthcare finance and executive leadership experience. She oversees the organization’s financial strategy, treasury, budgeting and forecasting, banking relationships, and financial operations, partnering with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Somnia, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer of Acutis Diagnostics and previously held senior finance leadership roles at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), where she developed extensive expertise in physician practice management, anesthesia finance, and transaction support. Throughout her career, she has led financial transformations, supported private equity transactions and acquisitions, and implemented scalable financial processes and controls.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Boston College and previously held a CPA license.
