Executive Team

As Vice President, Director of Patient Revenue, Mr. Murphy identifies, analyzes and reduces risks within Somnia’s revenue cycle management organization. In this role, he has oversight of the company’s contract with a national RCM vendor, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment and achievement of financial goals and benchmarks. Working closely with Somnia’s Finance Department, he develops KPIs and benchmarks that measure and drive revenue and compliance. Prior to joining Somnia, Mr. Murphy held a variety of executive positions with hospital-based providers and independent medical practices. An effective leader, he is dedicated to continuous process improvement in rapidly evolving and changing health care markets. He is results-oriented and proactively addresses and resolves complex problems. Accomplished in increasing organizational productivity, he is skilled at new product/service development and providing strategic solutions to operational challenges. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has completed substantial coursework towards a Masters of Administration at Antioch University, Keene, NH.
