Mr. Foster is a dual certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. He has built and scaled national clinical support teams specializing and recruiting and Human Resource operations. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds an MBA from Bentley University.
