As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations, Mrs. Worsley is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risk across Somnia’s revenue cycle management organization. In this role, she oversees the performance of RCM vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the achievement of key operational benchmarks.

Working in close collaboration with the Finance department, Mrs. Worsley develops and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Her strategic approach supports sustainable growth while maintaining a strong focus on accountability and performance.

Prior to joining Somnia, Mrs. Worsley held a range of mid- to senior-level leadership roles within independent medical practices, where she gained extensive experience managing complex revenue cycle functions. She is a results-driven leader committed to continuous process improvement in dynamic, multi-state healthcare environments.

Mrs. Worsley is highly skilled in client onboarding, system implementation, and operational optimization. She takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to addressing challenges and resolving complex issues.

She holds a coding certification from the AAPC, with specialized expertise in general, anesthesia/pain management, and ophthalmology. Additionally, she has completed formal Revenue Cycle Management training through the Medical Society of Virginia.
