The webinar, designed for both recent graduates and experienced professionals in the field, will provide helpful insights from seasoned anesthesiology professionals who will offer tips for job hunting and career advancement.
During the webinar, senior-level physicians and CRNAs will address key topics related to launching and advancing careers in anesthesia. This includes subjects such as the current status of the anesthesia job market, data on supply and demand of anesthesia professionals, areas of opportunity by geography and clinical specialty, and where to search for opportunities. The webinar presenters will also discuss qualities that employers seek in candidates and share best practices for preparing for a successful interview. There will be ample time for questions.
The webinar will be moderated by Paul Martin, MD, founder of GasWork and hosted by three presenters. Robert Farrar, MD, JD, FCLM, is executive vice president and vice president of medical affairs of Somnia Anesthesia and an anesthesiologist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. Brent Sommer, CRNA, MPHA, is a nurse anesthetist at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California.
