David Boardman, CRNA, Appointed as Service Chief of OB Anesthesia at Dignity St. Joseph’s Center in Stockton, Calif.

New Rochelle, NY (April 21, 2014) – David Boardman, CRNA, has been appointed to the position of Chief CRNA at Dignity St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, Calif.

In his new role, David will be responsible for managing and leading the CRNA obstetrical anesthesia team at the hospital. He will continue his full-time clinical duties.
David joined Somnia in December 2013 following nearly three decades of clinical practice and administrative duties in Nebraska, Utah, and Michigan. He has been on the staff at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento since relocating to California.

David has an extensive clinical background, including a broad scope of experience ranging from independent to team group models of practice. He has held several teaching appointments, most recently at Michigan State University and with Samuel Merritt University at Kaiser Permanente.

David received his nursing education at Weber State University and completed his anesthesia training at Creighton University.
