Somnia Anesthesia Hires New Vice President of Patient Revenue
NEW ROCHELLE, NY (May 19, 2015) – Somnia Anesthesia, a national anesthesia practice management company, has announced the addition of Diana Allen, MHA, as its new Vice President of Patient Revenue.
In addition to healthcare project management and process improvement oversight, Ms. Allen’s experience includes implementing new services and business processes. She received Six Sigma Greenbelt training at the GE Healthcare Institute in Waukesha, WI and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration. As an executive with several prominent healthcare firms she has advised medical practices in coding, revenue cycle management, and healthcare compliance. She is a contributing author to BC Advantage Magazine, a trade publication for hospital and practice managers, as well as a national conference speaker on healthcare process improvement strategy. Ms. Allen is an adjunct professor in undergraduate healthcare administration studies for Briarcliffe College and Southern New Hampshire University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Healthcare Management and Leadership at Colorado Technical University.
