Executive Team

As Vice President of Clinical Operations reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Mark Neubauer is a key member of the executive team. He brings to Somnia 25 years of nursing, advanced practice nursing, and executive leadership experience in anesthesia practice management. In this role, he will be collaborating with client partners, assessing, and improving OR utilization and efficiency at client sites, and strengthening and enhancing the perioperative patient experience at each facility.

Prior to joining Somnia, Mr. Neubauer worked at NorthStar Anesthesia, where he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations from Regional CRNA Director. Before that, Mark led CRNA teams and practiced as a CRNA at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, Baylor Surgical Hospital, Cook Children’s Medical Center, and Baylor All Saints Medical Center. He honed his leadership skills while volunteering with medical missions on surgical teams in Haiti, Mexico, and Africa.
