Relocate to a hip area that’s in the midst of major development and just about a half-hour from Seattle. Everett, like neighboring Seattle, is also located on the edge of the magnificent Puget Sound. This dynamic area offers so many things to do: tour Mount Rainier or the Seattle Winery, visit the Museum of Flight or Pike Market, or take advantage of one of the many cultural experiences the area has to offer.
If the outdoors is for you, ski and snowboard at the legendary Mt. Baker or Steven’s Pass. Everett is also a great destination for water sports enthusiasts. Jetty Island, open year-round, is home to beaches, bird watching, canoeing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Bellevue, just a short distance from Everett and Seattle, is another breathtaking environment and home to a beautiful botanical garden.
