Through every great relationship a new opportunity is developed. Over the past decade, Somnia has built a network of contacts through the relationships that our employees have developed. With that in mind, we wanted to formalize the Ambassador Program.
If a qualified new business referral leads to an in-person meeting between the potential client and a member of our sales team, incentives will be awarded plus official enrollment into Ambassador Program.
If a qualified clinical or non-clinical referral leads to an permanent hire, incentives will be awarded for passing along that lead (upon completion of 90 days of service).
